∙Led a multi-disciplinary team (Systems Engineering, Cabinetry and Electrical Wiring) to provide all Engineering deliverables for interior build of Flight Test Vehicle (FTV4) –the first Global 7500 to be fully completed at Bombardier Aerospace. Engineering focal on Integrated Product Development Team (IPDT) along with Programs, Methods, Quality and Logistics Dept.

∙Interfaced with other Integrated Product Development teams (Hydro-Mechanical Systems, Avionics, Engines, Operations, Structures, etc.) in order to design, test and certify C Series aircraft

∙Accountable for CSeries Flight Test program start-up and execution

∙Responsibilities included building a multi-disciplinary organization, construction of a new flight test facility and design of the C Series aircraft in conjunction with the Integrated Product Development Team (IPDT)

Operations, Management Fully accountable for ACL Operations including Technical & Completions Management, Interior Design, Program Management and Engineering. Held a fiduciary position in all other aspects of the company operations, ie. Finance, Administration, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Legal, Contracts reporting directly to the CEO

∙Oversight responsibility for all ACL projects including new aircraft completions, refurbishments, Green A/C acceptances, Pre-Buy Inspections, Warranty Inspections, and Special Projects. Aircraft included Global Express, Challenger, Boeing and Gulfstream platforms. Client base consisting of Fortune 500 companies as well as high net worth individuals (HNWI) in USA, Europe, Middle East, Far East and Latin America

∙Contract management with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s), vendors and sub-contractors

∙Managed the successful refurbishment of an in-serviceCRJ-200 from a commercial role to a VIP executive role. Major project phases included market analysis, contract negotiations, aircraft acquisition, maintenance overhaul, completion specification definition, managing the interior build, certification & engineering support, and re-delivery to client in the Far East.

∙Awarded a prestigious multiple aircraft VIP/Medevac/Military aircraft program for the German Government

Bombardier Aerospace – Montreal, Quebec and Wichita, Kansas (Aug 1987 – October 2001)

∙Led a team of engineers during the aerodynamic design, wind tunnel testing, systems development, flight testing and certification of the Global Express and CRJ-700 aircraft. Disciplines included Stability & Control, Performance and Weights
