LARRY D. HINEBAUGH

Biography

Larry Hinebaugh has over 40 years of experience in business aviation and is exceptionally knowledgeable in VIP aircraft maintenance and operations including: new aircraft interiors and completions, aircraft maintenance management, quality assurance, and aircraft maintenance engineering and field support.

Larry began his career as an Airframe and Powerplant technician working on FAR Part 121 and 135 aircraft. After receiving his BS Degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, he went to work for Gulfstream Aircraft; first in Technical Operations and then into Field Service Engineering. 

After leaving Gulfstream, Larry went on to manage a fleet of Gulfstream aircraft as the Director of Maintenance; operating GII, GIII, and GIV aircraft on a world-wide basis. It was during his tenure as Director of Maintenance that he became both knowledgeable and experienced in not only operating and maintaining VIP aircraft and interiors, but in specifying and overseeing VIP interior completions as well.

In 1998 Larry founded Aviation Consulting Group, Inc. ACG specializes in VIP aircraft Completion Management, Maintenance Administration, and Maintenance Consulting. Since founding Aviation Consulting Group, the company has been involved in many VIP aircraft projects including: Boeing, Gulfstream, and Airbus Interior Completions, Boeing and Gulfstream Maintenance and OperationsManagement, and various VIP Aircraft Inspections and Audits.

Larry holds a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License, as well as a B.S.Degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. He has also completed a variety of technical training courses on both Boeing and Gulfstream aircraft, and served on several VIP aircraft Technical Committees.
