Herb has had a progressivecareer in Aviation Management as a Maintenance Engineer, Flight Engineer, Flight OpsTech Manager, Accident Investigation, Director of Flight Safety, Technical Instructorand Field Service Representative. During Herb’s career he has been a Regional Manager – Developed, Planned and set up Regional Offices in Asia Pacific, Middle East, India, and Australia.
Herb has managed a team of Aircraft Specialists in Southeast Asia-Australia Oceania region and has strong International Aviation Experience, working with many cultures and nationalities. Herb has outstanding communication and leadership skills: Deeply skilled and credible operator,pragmatic strategist, team-builder, collaborator, and proven executor.
