We have experience with Federal Aviation Administration Offices throughout the USA, Transport Canada, UAE DCGA, China CAAC, and EASA. We provide Client turnkey services from conceptual and practical methodologies for civil certification of a product to the preparation of a regulatory compliance data package and all the qualification aspects for aircraft installations in fixed and rotary wing aircraft types, piloted and pilot-less.

AVIATION SAFETY
KILROY AVIATION maintains the spirit of a Safety System by fostering the people most responsible for safe certification, maintenance and flight operations. We provide tools and methods as part of an innovative Safety System. Promoting the Safety System begins in the planning stages at of product development of the Type Design Data, successful implementation of a new design, achievement of an FAA approval, and then systematic and efficient upgrade approvals throughout the service life of the aircraft, these actions keep our clients’ products first in the industry.
INTEGRITY
KILROY AVIATION believes the aviation industry is reliant on the integrity of people with regards to data, and quality. A Safety System is a culture that cannot be taken for granted. Our goal is to educate those serious individuals in the industry about the meaning of integrity in the Safety System and how the system relies on each individual’s attention to detail and communication, without undermining the culture. Individuals that realize their importance to the Safety System can find their place in an organization that fosters the Safety System. Without finding their place, loyalty and growth will suffer.
PLANNING AHEAD
KILROY AVIATION develops Partnership for Safety Plans with the Federal Aviation Administration in addition to Project Specific Certification Plans that are synchronized to your Product Development. In addition, KILROY AVIATION provides specific training related to all aspects of Type Design and Certification projects and develops a deep working relationship with Clients that extends our strong relationship with the FAA to our Clients. We not only want to issue certificates as an ODA to our Client, we will train their teams to be more efficient.
