Our experiences include significant Supplemental and Type Certificate (STC & TC) work on OEM aircraft, as DER consultants, Engineers and Certification in various lead design and management roles. Certification on these complex programs must be engineered into the design from the beginning, this is our strength. We offer services as Consultant DERs and as an ODA, and to help educate our clients’ organizations. Successful long term OEMs have Type Certificates, Production Certificates and also an ODA to maintain their competitive edge and minimize costs in the long term. We are here to serve as your ODA, in lieu of developing your own. SUPPLEMENTAL TYPE CERTIFICATES
As FAA designees, Kilroy Aviation has successfully completed well over 200 STCs in General Aircraft, large Transport Aircraft, Normal and Transport Rotorcraft, serving as Certification Engineer, Project Engineer, Program and Project Manager, Vice President of Engineering and Certification, Consultant DER, Management DER and also as the ODA Administrator. MRA MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, ALTERATION (PART 43-121-145)
We offer MRA service to modification and repair organizations (MRO) working in part 43 activity, providing FAA approvals on design and airworthiness. We offer services as Consultant DERs and as an ODA, and can also coordinate DAR & Inspection Unit Members. Our service can save you time and coordinate activities with FSDO, MIDO and ACOs, saving you time. CONSULTING & TRAINING
Our experiences have taught us the value of targeted, focused training in Aviation. We offer comprehensive training programs in parts 21 (Type Design TC & STC, Parts Manufacture PC & PMA, and part 43, to help our Clients raise their game and ensure long term assist and have successfully completed over 200 STCs in General Aircraft, large Transport Aircraft, Normal and Transport Rotorcraft, serving as Certification Engineer, Project Engineer, Program Manager, Consultant DER, Management DER and also as the ODA Administrator.
