JANUS – IPT STRUCTURE
Integrated Project Team (IPT) Approach:

- “Working together to build programs, identify and resolve issues and make sound and timely recommendations”.

- Establishing an environment in which one person from a particular trade or discipline can talk to another person from a different area and reveal insights that both can apply to their trade.

- Since many perspectives from empowered IPT members are considered up front, decisions can be made faster and mistakes can be avoided, resulting in more rapid delivery of capability.
IPT Concept at Work
JANUS works closely with our customers to keep them informed of the aircraft’s progress, in fact, the customer is part of the IPT. Each project is assigned a team of dedicated professionals. This includes a dedicated onsite Program Manager and Engineering Project Manager (EPM) to give immediate attention to issues which can be lost in a very complex process. Our collective knowledge and network of contacts with vendors provides JANUS leverage to resolve problems and issues that inevitably arise during the course of a complex project.
The strength of our team, the majority of which include over 30 years of experience from various fields, offers our customer the most experience and product knowledge in the industry, outside of the manufacturer. It would be very difficult for an individual or even an Aviation Department to match the depth and results we produce with our Integrated Product Team and subcontractors.
The JANUS IPT is structured to benefit from forming a team of experts who possess the knowledge and experience in Design, Engineering and the ODA Certification process. JANUS will coordinate with the Completion Center and provide the Design and Engineering packages to complete the interior work. JANUS will manage the entire project with an onsite Program Manager, an IPT Program Manager, a Designer, Engineering Project Manager, a Customer Account Manager. JANUS manages the entire process, making it seamless for the customer from the scope of work to the delivery of the aircraft. The Integrated Product team is a similar design process the OEM’s use to design and build aircraft, with all IPT members involved and aware of all aspects of the project.
